At MAGIC HANDS BOUTIQUE, we offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If you place your order in the Netherlands on a business day before 11:00 AM, you will typically receive it within 2–3 days (excluding public holidays).

* For Denmark, Austria, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, France.

RETURNS

At MAGIC HANDS BOUTIQUE, you can return items at any time, including sale items. Please note the following conditions:

1. Return Period: Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. Condition of Items:
   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
   • Returns will be rejected if:
     • the item has been worn or washed.
     • you attempted to fix any defects yourself.
     • hygiene guidelines were not followed.
3. Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, use similar packaging.
4. Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item in proper condition.

Return Costs and Risks
Return costs are €10 from any European country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your return package is sufficiently prepaid to avoid delays.
