Buy Sarong | Pareo Beach Wrap and Wrap Skirt
Buy Sarong — Pareo, Beach Wrap & Wrap Skirt
A sarong is a rectangular piece of fabric you can wear at least five ways. That makes it the most versatile piece of beachwear there is — and the only one that fits in every suitcase. Handmade in Colombia.
Five ways to wear a sarong
- Wrap skirt — tied around your hips, over your bikini
- Beach dress — wrapped under your arms, corners tied behind your neck
- Shawl — over your shoulders as sun protection
- Halter top — folded double around your chest, tied behind your neck
- Headscarf — a smaller sarong protects your hair from sun and salt

Sarong or pareo — what's the difference?
Functionally nothing. Both are a rectangular piece of fabric. "Sarong" is the Indonesian term, "pareo" comes from Tahiti. The standard size is around 100 × 180 cm and fits virtually any size — one of the few pieces of swimwear where size doesn't matter.

Care
Hand wash in cold water. Dry flat in the shade — hanging can stretch the fabric.
