Returns

Not completely satisfied? No problem — you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Request a return in 3 steps

1. Go to account.magichandsboutique.com and log in with the email address you ordered with. You will receive a login code by email; no password needed.
2. Open the order and choose Request return.
3. Select the items, state why you are sending them back, and submit the request.

Within 2 business days you will receive a confirmation with the return address. Send the parcel back after that.

We really do read the reason you give: if a size consistently runs small, we adjust the size chart.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
• Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
• Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Do not report that through your account but directly at info@magichandsboutique.com, with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out and you pay no return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange service. Would you like a different size or model? Place a new order and request a return for the unwanted item through your account.

Refund

After receipt and inspection we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
