Not completely satisfied? No problem — you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.
How to return an item
- Send an email to info@magichandsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return confirmation with instructions within 2 business days.
- Send the package back to the provided address.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
