No, Magic Hands Boutique is an online boutique specializing in designer bikinis and luxury swimwear . You can shop online 24/7 at www.magichandsboutique.com . We do offer pickup in Prinsenbeek (near Breda) by appointment.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible at info@magichandsboutique.com . If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can adjust the delivery address or the products.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! You can pick up your order free of charge in Prinsenbeek (near Breda, the Netherlands) by appointment. Select the "Pickup" option at checkout, and we'll send you a confirmation with the pickup address and time.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days . You'll receive a track & trace code by email once your package is on its way. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will ship on Monday.

Can I track my package?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link by email. This allows you to follow your package in real time all the way to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide ! From Europe to the US, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Please be aware of potential import duties and VAT for countries outside the EU.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@magichandsboutique.com with photos of the damage. We'll send you a free replacement or offer a full refund.

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, always wear your own underwear when trying them on.

How can I return an item?

Step 2: You will receive a return label and instructions

Step 4: You will receive your refund within 5 business days of receipt

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes! Please specify the size or color you'd like to exchange when you submit your return request. We'll send you a new item as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Who pays the return costs?

Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Return costs are at your own expense (approx. €4-7)
Rest of Europe & Worldwide: Return costs are at your own expense

When will I get my money back?

You'll receive your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The money will be credited back to the account you used to pay.

Can I return multiple orders together?

Yes, you can return multiple orders in one package. Please include all order numbers in your return request.

How do I know what size to order?

Check out our comprehensive size chart with measurements by brand. Each brand has its own sizing. Tip: If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for optimal comfort.

Do the bikinis run true to size, small or large?

The fit varies per brand:

Agua Bendita: Fits normal to small - if in doubt, choose a size larger
PilyQ: Fits normally
Luli Fama: Fits small - often recommend a size larger
Leonisa: Normal fit with shapewear effect

What's the difference between Full Bottom, Cheeky Bottom, and Teeny Bottom?

DO NOT wring - gently squeeze out excess water
Lay flat to dry in the shade (NOT in the sun or dryer)
NEVER wash in the washing machine

Crochet bikinis require extra care:

Always hand wash in cold water
Use mild, color-safe detergent
Lay flat on a towel to dry
Avoid contact with rough surfaces (may pull threads)
Store flat folded, do not hang
