We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Holland. Due to our fast shipping times, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after payment is received. All shipments sent outside the European Union, United States, Hong Kong, Singapour and Australia may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Should you not be satisfied with the ordered items or if you want to exchange items , then the items can always be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order for a refund or exchange. Sale items may also be returned for an exchange or a refund. Returns and exchanges must be announced in advance via [email protected] or by Whatsapp 0031 629129245
The shipping costs and risk for return packages are at your own expense, also if you want to exchange items. Therefore send your package to us via insured/prepaid mail and enclose a copy of your invoice. We do not accept freight collect packages.
Items must be returned in the original state, in the original packaging. In original state means that all tags must be attached to the garment in original form. We cannot take back worn (of course you can try on the items) , soiled or damaged swimwear, unless you receive a defective item. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the returned items have already been worn or damaged through no fault of ours.
As soon as we have received your return items, we will refund the returned items. We do not refund shipping charges. If you want to exchange items for another size, color or item, please notify us by e-mail what you would like to receive in exchange. If the items you would like to receive are less expensive than the returned items, you will receive a refund for the price difference. If the items you would like to receive are more expensive than the returned items, than you have to remit/pay the price difference.
We will deliver the exchange items free of shipping charges.
Are the returning shipping costs my responsibility?
