Do you have a physical store?
No, Magic Hands Boutique is an online boutique . Our collection is available exclusively through our webshop.

Can I still change my order or delivery address?
Contact us directly at info@magichandsboutique.com Once an order is being processed or shipped, changes often cannot be made.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, collection is possible in Prinsenbeek (near Breda) , by appointment only via WhatsApp: +31 6 29129245.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

NL, BE & DE: €4.95 up to €50, free for orders over €50. Delivery time 2–5 business days.
Rest of Europe: €9.95 to €100, free for orders over €100. Delivery time: 4–9 business days.
Worldwide: €19.95, delivery time 4–9 business days.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive a tracking link by email .

Do you ship internationally?

What happens if I pick up my parcel too late from the parcel shop?
After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Would you like to have it reordered or cancel it? Please contact us at info@magichandsboutique.com. .

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Returns are at your own expense . Exchanges can be made with a new order. Please return the unwanted item according to the return instructions. For questions, please email info@magichandsboutique.com. .

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Can I send multiple orders together in one return package?
Yes, that's possible. Please ensure all items meet our return policy.

Full Bottom: classic coverage, medium waist height.
Teeny Bottom: Low on the hips, minimal coverage.
Cheeky Bottom: Least coverage, perfect for a bold and confident look.

Are the pads removable?

Rinse briefly with cold water after each use.
Avoid rough surfaces to prevent damage.
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
Lay flat to dry, out of direct sunlight.

How do I care for my clothes?

Wash cold to protect fabric and color.
Leave to dry flat, do not hang.
Crocheted items: always fold, never hang.
